RIDE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA, 2016

"Thereupon I mounted his back and drove him into the sea; for at the same moment that he lost his face, he also lost his wildness, and became as tame as possible.

I put my slingshot in his mouth instead of the bridle, and now rode him along through the ocean with the greatest ease. In less than three hours we both arrived at the opposite shore, which is always a distance of about thirty nautical miles.

...The animal on whose back I was sitting did not swim, but ran away with incredible speed on the bottom of the sea, driving millions of fish before it, many of which were quite different from the ordinary ones."
