ESCAPE, 2004
Charcoal and color pencil
81.9 x 49.2 inches.
On the occasion of a murder, Patrick Bateman is on the wild run. Eventually, he remains the victor of a Hollywood-ready shootout with New York's law enforcement officers. His unscathed escape remains a mystery to himself. Patrick's subsequent confession of no less than 30 to 40 murders on the answering machine of his lawyer remains without any consequence, since he does not trust his deeds in the least and therefore dismisses them as spinning.
